We've got news with the Menendez brothers.

Welcome to Surviving the Survivor.

This is the show that brings you the very

best guests in all of true crime on trending criminal cases. This one's been trending since

1989, literally. It has been making headlines since all the way back then. Eric and La Menendez,

they have been in prison. They were in jail prior Menendez, they have been in prison.

They were in jail prior to that, but they've been in prison since 1990,

serving life without parole for the brutal 1989 murder of their parents,

Jose and Kitty Menendez.

And just in, just a few moments ago, the judge says that he is going to go ahead with this with this resentencing hearing get ahead of myself but today is a good day um justice

mark garrows over politics um it's been a long time coming for anybody who was in the courtroom. It was very

difficult to sit and listen to what we witnessed. And we're obviously very thankful to the judge.

And I couldn't be prouder of representing this family. They've waited a

long time to get some justice. And today was actually probably the biggest day since they've been in

custody. I'm going to let them talk.
