Which cryptos to hold in a bear market?

And talk about three main asset classes.

That is Bitcoin, that's Ethereum, and that's Cardano,

which we're seeing as an up-and-coming layer one solution.

That's had a lot of price action lately,

and I'm going to go deep on each one.
