They call them rackets, but if you look at, say, a pharmaceutical company like Purdue Farman,

what did they do? They ran kind of a racket, right, dressed up as a business.

Absolutely.

And so many of that with political control, with ridiculous profit margins,

violating codes of man, codes of law.

Absolutely.

And yet it has a different name to it.

But you see so many similarities between that.

A hundred percent.

mafia. Do you, is the world a better or a worse place without the mafia?

The way it used to be.

The neighborhoods were a better place.

No doubt about it.

My neighborhood, green point where we grew up.

My father, you know, had so much influence there.

I don't, you, you could walk down the street at three in the morning,

leave your doors unlocked, out to where there's no crime in our neighborhood.

No crime, because we didn't commit crimes in our own neighborhood.

We protected. People loved us.

The only thing we ran in the neighborhood was the numbers business.

But people loved that.

Whole ladies, moms, grandmas, they're all playing the numbers, right?
