Welcome to the aggressive life today.

Imagine, if you will, whatever your career is, reaching the pinnacle of success in that career

and then walking away.

That's exactly the type of aggressive move we would like to see around here,

the moves that are a bit unusual and unorthodox,

and it's exactly the move that my friend Justin made

and why we're going to talk to him today.

For him, the choice to walk away wasn't a snap decision that he made in the moment.

It wasn't based on feelings or even deep strategy.

Instead, it was the culmination of one risky yes, followed by another risky yes and a cascading

line of more aggressive yeses. I might add here that so oftentimes when we say no, we're not being aggressive.

We're just being conservative.

Conservative is not being aggressive.

Saying no oftentimes is based on fear.

There are some things I should say no to.

I should say no to some woman who comes on at me at the bar.

Not that I'm at the bar very often.

And North I can even recall the time a woman came

on to me at the bar, at least not since I've been like 32. That's something you should say no to

anyway. That's a good idea. But it's the aggressive things that we go after. They have to say yes to.

Those are the difficult ones. After six years of touring and four albums,
