My biggest takeaway from the Epic Intensive is to get the property under contract.

I am a little bit of a perfectionist and so sometimes I'm reluctant to get the property under contract, but I don't know how all the pieces are going to fit together perfectly.

So having several people tell me that I just need to stop worrying about all the little details,
