So welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

And let's call to mind all those that we've promised to pray for, especially

continuing to pray for the healing of full recovery of little Olivia

Caneli from her cluster seizures. And now let's pause for a moment and you can add your own intentions.

This morning when I was praying, I was looking back on my life and something struck me. I see that all the good, all the

opportunities and all the solutions to problems that I faced, all the opportunities, all the solutions

to problems, they all were solved as a free gift from God.

I received them, and I responded by caring for and growing them.

But I did not foresee them.

I did not create them and I did not give them to myself. God in my biological parents gave me life. It was a pure gift of

God providing for me. I was adopted by the most amazing parents, Arden Ehrla. I did not solve the problem of being an infant without parents.

God did. He provided. He picked them out and he gave them to me as a gift.

Later in life I tried to find the right woman to marry, failed and quit.

Then God sent my wife Sandy out of the blue with no effort on my part. She is a gift

from God. I couldn't figure out what to do with my life. Then God sent his mother Mary to me. I

encountered her. She made it clear I was to go and study theology. Then I didn't know what to do

with the theology degrees and Father Vince

K.U. called out of the blue. One more gift God provided. I needed a comrade in

arms for my mission and God sent Dr. Troy Hinkle.

And then we reached our potential at KU and didn't know what to do next and God sent two
