This is Holy Family School of Faith.

Well, welcome to our Rosary meditation.

I am blessed this evening, Kathy Madrid and Holy Spirit who is meeting the

R. C. I. A. has invited me to come over and join the R.C. I. A. I. A this evening to pray the Rosary.

So she's doing what I've been urging everyone to do,

to invite people to come together, to have good conversation,

and to pray the Rosary.

So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

And let's call to mind all the people and things that we want to pray for.

I also want to offer this rosary always for Archbishop Nalman and his intentions but also

for a good friend of mine Steve Sharp whose father is dying and so we pray for his father

and their family. Today's meditation comes from the Gospel of the day, John Chapter 8. To those who believed in him Jesus said, if you make

my word your home you will indeed be my disciples you will learn the truth and the truth will make you free.

They answered,

We are descended from Abraham and we have never been the slaves of anyone. What do you mean? You will be made free. Jesus replied, I tell you

most solemnly. Everyone who commits sin is a slave. Now the slave's place in the house is not assured, but the

son's place is assured. So if the son makes you free, you will be free indeed. Our Father who art in heaven, hallow it be your name,

thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us to stay our daily grit and forgive us our trespasses

as we forgive those who trespass against us

and lead us to not into temptation.

But deliver us for the evil.
