1:17.2	I wouldn't leave it until this afternoon if I were you. So Amy, you are a nutritionist. Her nutritionist.
1:22.4	Tom, you are the head chef, of course. So I know I was joking before about the film watching, you know, in Bridesmaids,
1:30.5	there's this big food poisoning scene. But you've got to be careful, haven't you? Tom,
1:34.5	how prevalent is that on your radar? It's something we always have to be really aware of,
1:39.8	but we work in, you know, fantastic hotels and due diligence is the top most priority whenever we're working in kitchen. So it's something we're thoroughly trained in. And obviously I'm behind the scenes with whatever team member or whatever hotel we're working with. So it's always highly on our radar. Of course it has to be, doesn't it? Because, I mean, you know, they might not get the exact nutrition they want.
2:01.1	I'm sure they will, you know, but say you were a bit off one day or, I don't know, some, you know, the lamb didn't arrive, but the beef did, you know, or I don't know, some things, the potatoes are cold. None of that really matters. But if they get food poached in, I mean, that could take them out of the tournament. Yeah, I mean, that would be a big deal.
