What a weekend.

And so, Don, here's the part that is interesting to me.

We have the Jack Smith cases.

And, like, I was worried about what was going to happen if Trump lost.

Do you have any doubt that they would have tried to in their malice,

lock him up and make an example of him and put him away if they could?

They certainly would.

You have to worry about New York.

The U.S. Supreme Court this summer basically gutted these cases.

USV. Trump recognized presidential immunity. The Erlinger case said you've got

to have a unanimous verdict to convict. And of course, that judge up in New York,

Mershawin, and I talk about this in the book, Kangaroo Court, said, hey, you can, you don't

have to have unanimous verdict to convict the president. So that was gutted. The Fisher case gutted, you know, what they tried to do on the January 6 cases. The cases were virtually dead in the water. The U.S. Supreme Court would have had to have reversed him. The Democrats would have tried to go forward, but the groundwork laid by the court this summer would have led to their dismissal, in my opinion, but we can't let it rest.
