It's going, it's going. Today, temporarily we're changing big news Wednesday to

a severe stomach pain Wednesday. Yes, so JR is very tapped into what's going on across the country,

and the news is just pretty dark and it is, it's just roiled his stomach and so I get that.

I apologize for how the news is at you. I can't handle it, bro. It's like, you know, sometimes

you need a break, you know, so we'll see. Well, we'll give you a break at some point through

the course of this 90 minutes of not break. But look, some of this, some of this news is fun.

Some of it's really creepy and weird. I'm going to see if indeed laughter is the second best medicine

and a good chat about politics with a bud is in fact the best medicine. We're going to find out
