Over the last few years, you've heard me talk about Crow and Wolf Brewing Company quite a bit.

We've even had them on the show a few times.

Truth is, given how busy I am with two jobs, a busy family, not to mention the recent move to a new home,

I'm not able to make it out nearly as often as I'd like, and seeing as Crohn Wolf is less than two miles from my new place, when I do make it out, that's usually where I'm going. Now, as convenient as my proximity to the brewery is, that's not the only reason I love Crone Wolf. This is the Brewlossophy podcast. I'm your host, Marshall Shot.. And for this episode, we're going to be going live from Kroenwolf Brewing Company's fifth anniversary party. We'll

definitely be getting into more history and such once we're live at the brewery, where I'm sitting

right now prior to the start of the actual chat. But I just wanted to say up front that, yes,

these guys are my friends, and some of them

have been for over a decade before Cronwolf was ever even an idea. I say that with the point of

acknowledging my inescapable bias, despite how hard I might try, I just cannot fully suspend.

But my hope is that all of you trust me enough to accept that I'm not joking when I say they make some of the best beer and seltors I have ever had.

And I've had a lot of beer and seltzer in my day. Their head brewer, Brad Gaines, is one of the guys I've known for a long time.

And he's one of the most obsessively dedicated brewers I have ever met. Just absolutely married to the craft. and he's a part of a team, more like a

family that completely supports and even encourages his wild ideas. I'm so excited to be here

to give Crow and Wolf the love they deserve. Like I said, we're going to be getting into

their history, talking about their business model, how they've dealt with the recent downturn in

the industry, and we'll also be sampling some of their incredible adult

beverages secret. I've already been sampling a few. A few that were made specifically for this

anniversary party. This is going to be a lot of fun. I'm really stoked that we get to bring you all

along as virtual guests to the fifth anniversary of Crowen Wolf's opening. Now, just a word of

caution, this is going to be an episode with a cast of

characters who are drinking alcohol, and I'm not going to spend hours editing, so I apologize

now for any potential mistakes that we might make, or the overuse of certain language that
