all over the place. You probably don't know what day, time it is, where you're at, what's going

on? I don't. I was turning the corner, and Jay Glazer came up and gave me, you know, Jay's not the

guy to mess around with any, like, gives me a bear hug, and I'm like, oh my gosh, I'm going to keep on top of this. No, it's busy.

I'm drinking a matcha and someone's like, man, you got some caffeine in you right now. You need it in this place.

You know, it's funny, we've been talking all both of these guys and know the understandings of the way.

But Roseman, Brett Veach, Andy Reid, and the way they build these teams, how much does that go into why these two teams are back here?

100%. You guys aren't looking for me to have a stroke fest with Howie.

I get it.

But Howie is at the top of his game.

He is.

And so is Brett Veach.

So I love talking about both of them.

When you look at Howie and his approach, by the way, the building of the team is

obviously vital.

But leading up to the building of the team is vital as well. I'm talking about he is not afraid to surround himself with really good football people, right?

From Matt Russell to Dave Caldwell, he's got all kinds of really good scouting people. He does his work, by the way. You guys probably know that. He does a lot of work and continue to always hone his skills as an evaluator, right? Which is not, by trade, that's not him.

Yeah. So I think the ability to not, to do all that, not sit on his hands, right?

In today's world, you cannot be a lame GM sitting on your hands, conservative guy.

You won't, you won't last.
