In any case, luckily, or not luckily, depending on your perspective on it, we've got a lot

to discuss. And we are going to start out in this episode. We're going to

talk about, it's funny. I feel like there's this big question, I think, looming over everything,

which is, on the one hand, the courts, all the litigation, all the stuff, a huge, a huge thing.

But I think for a lot of good reasons, we also have the sense of like,

we know this judiciary, and we're not going to put a lot of stock in the decisions they make.
