And of course, we've been hearing a lot of different things of late in regards to

Brian Kohlberger,

mostly to do with discovery material.

And when the, of course, the defense is complaining to the judge that they don't have the discovery material.

And for those that aren't familiar with that, discovery material, of course,

is evidence that the prosecution has on the defendant.

And they are supposed to share that in a timely manner with the defense.

And the defense, of course, is complaining that they haven't received much of it at all.

So that is supposed to be partially what this hearing is about today.
