Guys, I came on today.

Just I was watching.

I was live and I saw that there was supposed to be a live hearing in regards to Brian

Kohlberger and his case.

And of course, we've been hearing a lot of different things of late in regards to

Brian Kohlberger,

mostly to do with discovery material.

And when the, of course, the defense is complaining to the judge that they don't have the discovery material.

And for those that aren't familiar with that, discovery material, of course,

is evidence that the prosecution has on the defendant.

And they are supposed to share that in a timely manner with the defense.

And the defense, of course, is complaining that they haven't received much of it at all.

So that is supposed to be partially what this hearing is about today.

In addition, we've all heard about Brian Koberger's, his alibi. And we, the listening

audience, people following this case, are not very satisfied with his alibi. You know, if it's good for the goose it's good for the gander right

if the prosecution has to hand over volumes and troves and troves of discovery material

then shouldn't the defense also have to do the same and if they come out with an alibi,

shouldn't they have an alibi witness?

So all of these things are rulings that Judge John Judge, of course,

must rule upon.
