because as you can probably tell, my voice is almost completely gone, but this is the last chance I have to record this intro. So forgive me,

I am truly doing my best over here. What you are going to hear for today's episode is a live coaching call with me and my friend

Ashley. It went so well. And don't worry, my voice was way more intact than it is right now. So you
