Yeah, so my, this was 2024, like early 24, like February, March on MRI and had a

So, so the double, double torn labrum fractured my pelvis. And then this fall, I didn't really, I didn't like acknowledge it publicly, but I strained my glute like mid October, um, early October, mid October and just got some, which is a lot. It was just a lot to just reset the nerves. Helped a lot. I was able to kind of maintain of maintain training. Still got volume pretty high and it basically kind of nipped it. But if I'd go really, really fast or pretty far, for extended periods of time, I'd start to feel it again. And obviously when you're running, what I did this weekend, running six hours and change um four hours of it turning left on a track
