I am fabulous. How are you, Matt? I'm really, really good. You are really good. You've had a good

week. I've had a great week. I've had a really, really awesome week with still working on this

whole housemine process, but I found one that I really, really love and we're trying to make it happen.

So it's a process and it's scary, but we've talked about this other episodes, but yeah, it's just

like really, really exciting. Like I had put offers on other ones that ended up falling through,

but all of those, I was like, you know, I was nervous about it, but I wasn't like, this one

I'm so scared it wouldn't, like they wouldn't accept my offer. Like I was so scared to get out,

like beat out or something. I love it. It's not normal. It's not normal. The things that are

happening with the housing market and the apartment market, it's a mess. Yeah, it is, it is.

But this one is just so particularly what I want and what I need and like it's what it's so bad.

So it's so bad I can taste it and just been trying so hard to get it. And we got it.

It just now I got to get the inspections and all that stuff. So this will be the third time I've

gone through this process and like, yeah, I'm nervous. That's an emotional roller coaster feeling

because you're like, oh, they accepted my offer. I got it. This is my house now. And then,
