Greetings, welcome to a Monday edition of the shotgun. Start it is October 16th, shame, how we do it?

Brendan, I want to start this podcast complaining about something right off the bat.

I've been a shotgun start listener from the start.

This happens with you guys and no laying up.

Anytime I'm on one of the podcasts, then that means I don't get to listen to it that day, which is a huge bummer, because I'm not going to listen to myself on the podcast obviously.

And so joining you on a Monday is very exciting, and I'm excited that you asked me to do it.

But it also kind of interrupts my typical Monday podcast routine. It's like Simmons and Sal, and then I'll jump into part of my take for a bit, and then I hit shotgun start, and then I lose that when I'm on with you.

Yeah, I don't know. It's a bummer for the listeners, and also it's a bummer for me, because there's no Andy.

What you just revealed to me is a lack of commitment to the program. You don't get in the film room and let's watch tape of yourself.

Listen to tape with the game tape of your own podcast. No, I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I've never done that. That's insane. Some people like will listen to their own podcast, but there are a lot of podcasts out there.

I'm not putting the one I just talked on in front of whatever that lineup you just alluded to. Yeah, it's crazy that you're right.

You're right. You never listen to yourself unless you are worried that you said something insanely stupid, or your audio was off or something.

I don't know, but we might have a delay here. My internet has been a disaster. Comcast has been an issue for me this week, because the weather turns cold.

Andy's theory is the weather turns cold in Maryland, and the wires start acting up, or maybe it's my theory. It's maybe not the most sophisticated technologically, but when the weather turns, the wires just start slowing down here.

I've had issues, but hopefully we'll hold up here. I'm also far so good. I can hear you, by the way. So that's a good thing.

Good. I'm also in a spot where are you at right now with turning heat on in Connecticut? We open it. I was going to this is on my list to ask you these questions.

I was because I mean, my wife, if it gets below like 74 outside, she wants to turn it on, and she'll do the one where you get the heat and the cool on.

So it runs heat early in the day and cool middle of the day, which drives me absolutely nuts. I also just had a long discussion with my wife about.
