Good evening and welcome to the Sleepy Bookshelf where we put down our worries from the day

and pick up a good book. I'm Elizabeth, your host and I'm so glad that you're here with

me tonight. This evening will be continuing with little women, but before we dive back

into our book, let's put the day behind us. Place yourself on an antique bench in a sunny

garden. There are all-nate stone pillars lining the pathway your sand and everything is

covered in roses in deep reds, pinks and white. Directly in front of you on the bright

green grass is a beautifully carved fountain and beyond that a stone wall marking the

edge of a cliff which drops down into the sea. Everything beyond is calm and blue from

sea to sky. Sit calmly on your bench, feeling the warm air around you and breathe in the

sand of the roses. Listen to the rushing water in the fountain and drop your shoulders

away from your ears. Be calm and still just like the sea in this man.
