with an individual.

The individual with Penny is described as a white male in his late teens with shoulder length brown hair.

I had a jeep at the time and I'd go out up and down the levees going through

where they had been looking for and I didn't find anything but the

big next biggest thing I remember was they had found her bicycle.

For her family, the implications are beginning to take hold.

That's a bad feeling. So you just starting to hope that, you know, she at least be alive.

Three days later, Dennis Parker gets a call about his little sister. It is a phone call that changes his world forever.
