How's it going, Bades? Happy Friday. This is the first weekend in a while where I feel like I really have nothing going on and it is just necessary.

Things have been buzzing lately. We had the live show, I had family in town, and it all very exciting and fun, but man, I just needed or need a little recharge.

I know some of you can relate, but I'm someone who needs little breaks to isolate. That's the only way I can recharge. I've been that way forever, even at family parties growing up.

I would always walk away and go into a room for a minute. I just need like 10 minutes of silence. I'm such an extrovert in a lot of ways.

I live for talking to people I love having people over, hosting get-togethers at my house. But afterwards, I'm always like silence. Nobody can talk to me for the next night.

I just haven't been alone in weeks, which I think has been making me very anxious lately. Sorry, is this my therapy session?

I'm just telling you this because my sister shared some words of wisdom that she learned recently and essentially it's to treat anxiety like a cold.

Meaning, when you get a cold, you know what it is. You're like, I have a cold. I know what I need to do. I need to rest. I need to hydrate. I need to take care of myself for a few days.

And then I know, hey, I'll be fine. I just got to write it out. And I thought that was a very helpful tip because anxiety can feel so overwhelming sometimes.

But knowing to think of it, like, hey, this is just a cold. I'm going to be fine in a few days or maybe even a few hours. I feel like that makes it way less daunting.

So I just thought that was super helpful and beneficial. Hopefully that will help somebody else. If you're ever feeling anxious, just think, hey, I know what this is.

I know what to do. And I'm going to be fine. We have a very special grand finale for this week's little leader.

So we're going to hop into some emails in a minute. But first, I wanted to share this little gem of an article I found.

Those of you who follow my personal Instagram already know, I love a vintage magazine. I've got a little collection growing.

And I like to flip through them from time to time. And I was reading an edition of Screen Life magazine, which was like kind of like a Hollywood magazine.

And it's from July of 1967. And there was this article about Agnes Morehead, who played the mother of Samantha on Bewitched. She played Indora.

And that is probably one of my all-time favorite TV shows next to I Love Lucy, of course. But Bewitched was another one of my favorites. And she talks about a ghost encounter in this article.

And I was like, I got to share this. So it says, quote, Agnes Morehead, the ghost that changed her life. It says, for you friendships were more inspiring than that which existed between Agnes Morehead and her maternal grandfather.

So her, he was always a wonderful old man, filled with kindness and understanding and ever willing to give up his time and his energies. They'd played together often back in Clinton, Massachusetts, where she was born.
