0:07.0 | You're listening to a morbid network podcast. |
0:31.0 | Hello Cult Baves! Welcome to the first ever little leader. |
0:41.0 | What a little leader is. Well, a lot of you have been like, what am I supposed to listen to? |
0:46.0 | Well, you only you don't put out enough. Well, here, yeah, fuck and go. |
0:50.0 | You guys know I like to get straight to the point in each full length episodes. |
0:53.0 | So I thought it might be fun to do little mini episodes never now and again. |
0:57.0 | Talk about all the other spooky stuff, including some of the stories that you guys send me updates on past stories. |
1:03.0 | Really all of the stuff that sometimes doesn't make it into the regular episodes. |
1:07.0 | Okay, so first order of business after Monday's episode on the Black Dahlia, I heard from so many of you about one of the suspects George Hodel, who I stayed in the episode I think probably did it. |
1:19.0 | And it looks like a lot of you agree. |
1:21.0 | So my friend Lindsay texted me yesterday while I'm driving to work and she sends me like this article in this video from the Doctor Phil show where George's son is on it talking about it. |
1:30.0 | And my friend Molly starts telling me all these crazy stories later that day about George. |
1:34.0 | And there's just so much shit like apparently he killed his secretary. |
1:38.0 | And I guess he used to throw these like insane parties at his mansion in Hollywood and like police would come like the chief of police would go to his parties, which is why literally he could get away with murder. |
1:49.0 | He's also the guy in the episode I talk about they had wire topped him during the trial initially to be like, and he's the one who was saying like even if I did kill her, you can't ask my secretary. |
2:00.0 | She's dead. So I guess he possibly killed his secretary and according to my friend Molly, why he could have potentially killed his secretary is because she knew about the shady shit he was doing. |
2:12.0 | So George was like a doctor. What's what's the word doctor and I guess would tell his is really fucked up. He would tell his female patients that they had STD so that they would continue coming to him so he could perform treatments on them. |
2:29.0 | And basically just took advantage of the fact that they, you know, were scared that they had these STD so they would pay him. |
2:39.0 | But I guess it kind of came to a head one time because he told this one one of his female patients like you have an STD and she was like, oh fuck, so she went and told her boyfriend and her boyfriend and her went to a different doctor and the doctor was like neither of you have an STD. |
2:55.0 | And so I guess his secretary knew all of this and apparently this is why he may or may not have allegedly killed her. Another thing that kind of leads me to believe was like I guess he was really into surrealist art and mentioned something alluding to the fact that the black dollia would be his biggest work. |
3:15.0 | I don't know I'm like hooked on this theory now though initially I kind of was leaning towards the whole Leslie that guy who was the bell hop and a former mortician but now I'm kind of like okay no this definitely has to be George Hodeout like his family thinks so he apparently thought so so I don't know. |
