One of the great challenges of life is finding the right thing to say during a difficult conversation.

We all want to find a phrases that will allow us to show sympathy, compassion, understanding, acceptance, or connection.

I found that when we're searching for the right thing to say, there are some phrases that cover many

situations and I find myself repeating them often. Here they are.

I'll always have a special place in my heart for you.

These things happen. We've all done it. That sounds really hard. Thank you. I'm sorry.

I respect your decision. We'll do it together. It won't be just you.

There's no wrong choice here. Can you believe it? Say more. I see your point. What do you think? You were right and I was wrong. There are many ways for you to succeed. It's

not your fault because you're not that powerful. Because I love finding these phrases so much I have devoted several

episodes of a little happier to particular phrases and I have to say these

little stories are among my very favorites.
