all about her family's decision to go beyond the city limits and start their own farmstead. It is a delightful interview.

Welcome to decorating tips and tricks, Julie. We are so happy to be speaking with you today

and to introduce you to our listeners

and to learn more about life on your farm instead. Hi, Kelly, thank you so much for inviting me.

I've been looking forward to this. We have known each other for a while through blogging,

and I've always counted you as one of my good virtual friends. Oh, thank you. Same to you.

So tell everybody about your blog. You know, I actually started blogging. I think it was about seven

years ago, not long after we had moved here to our little farmstead. And I was just so excited

for us. It was a big change in lifestyle.

And so I just was so excited. I think I needed an outlet. And I wanted to find a community of other

people who were doing what we were setting out to do and who enjoyed some of the same things

as far as just having room

to spread out, having a little bit of acreage, raising some animals, planting a vegetable garden,

entertaining. So it's really just a little bit of all of that. Definitely I'm passionate about

home decorating.

And so, yeah, that's what the blog is about. I actually focus a little bit more now on

Instagram, but I still have a website that does have a blog and kind of shares our story with

people. And we're going to talk so much about your story today and talk about your life decision and what goes on every day at Little Farm said.
