But in that context, if you don't mind me saying before we get down to business,

my mind on my theme of the evening. The evening, there are many twists and turns. It evolves in

many different ways depending on the audience involvement

but my theme i plan to do it on kier stama can he win and if so how does he win the next

general election what are the lessons of his leadership so far and what does he need to do and change to win. The context is

quite an interesting one. Last month on the live streaming show, as some of you will know,

the audience makes a prediction each month and one of the predictions last month was,

would Kirstama be prime minister after the next general election?

And by a tiny majority, the audience predicted, it's a prediction not what they hope will happen,

but a prediction. They predicted he would not be, which if you think about it has huge implications, if right,

it basically means there will be a fifth successive conservative government.

So can that change? If so, how? What does he need to do? What does he need to learn from other leaders? It

will be partly about leadership, which is a theme that we've all reflected on in these podcasts.
