So hello and welcome to this podcast with me, Shailen Chisani. This is just going to be a very brief

podcast in which I wanted basically just to say thank you to all really, the listeners, for your

interest in support of these podcasts. As you know, we started publishing them live about two to three

months ago and the response has been great, really.

To date, each individual podcast is being downloaded more than about a thousand times and by people in many countries across the world, which is awesome, really.

And as I've said before, one of the things that makes me the happiest is the fact that

these podcasts are available for free, hopefully allowing people with very limited resources to

benefit from some up-to-date kind of clinical information. So I hope so anyway. I also just wanted to

take this opportunity to say thank you to Brian.

Brian is the technical man who does the recording for these podcasts, and he works for the e-media unit here at the Royal Ventry College,

who have been very helpful in helping to make these podcasts a reality.
