Yeah good morning to your jam packed, jam packed, it's

oosing out of the sides.

This is one of those shows where I sit back.

I sit back and I just click on my emails and share stories with you from people across the

world who have listened to episodes of Join Up Doss and for whatever reason they have decided

that it's ticking their boxes and something has

has flicked in their mind and that's all it takes that's all it takes I'm aware that

we're coming up to 2,000 plus episodes and people can listen to hundreds of them

and it won't do anything at all and then one episode suddenly the penny drops and they kind of go,

yeah I'm gonna do something or I understand or whatever.

I did an episode the other day talking about how Dan, a friend of mine, inspired happiness.

And during the conversation we had at lunch,

we were talking about abundance,

living in an abundant mindset.

And I sort of gave him a little story about you know how abundance can come into into your life and he said to me at the time he said you know that's the first time I've ever understood that you You hear it all the time, live with an abundant mindset, but he struggled. He struggled to actually put it into the framing of his own life.
