This is Katie Duke and you're listening to Bad Decisions.

And today, I am really excited to introduce to you, Lindsay.

Lindsay is an ICU nurse practitioner, and she is one of the listeners of the Bad Decisions podcast.

And today we have her on air with us to record a very, very special episode of her bad

decision.

And I first off want to say, thank you, Lindsay, for sharing your story and for

owning it and for being so open and so transparent, you know, because people out there need to hear

these stories. They need to know that you are not defined by your worst mistake or the dumb shit

you did in your 20s. And you're also allowed to to make bad

decisions in life it happens and you can still go on to be a successful you can still go on to be a

successful woman and a successful nurse practitioner and a successful human and and that's okay

so I am going to give Lindsay the mic here. Go ahead and just give a little

introduction to yourself. And then let's get right into that bad decision. Girl, tell me what
