0:57.6	A psychic story has been a savior for me the last several years, and it's just been such
1:03.1	a great resource for learning about all things psychic, for learning about this community,
1:07.8	and more importantly for just not feeling alone, just in feeling like there
1:13.5	are other people like me out there. So because of that, I wanted to share a story with you
1:19.8	just in case it resonated with anyone else. So here goes. For me, as a child, I was extremely
1:27.3	shy and I was very sensitive around other people,
1:31.3	sensitive to their feelings, their emotions, and sometimes even their intentions.
1:36.3	Making this even more difficult was that I was an only child, I was abused, and in a household
1:43.3	with constant fighting and drug and alcohol use.
1:47.0	So physically and energetically, I really didn't have anywhere to turn for support or protection.
1:54.0	I pretty much had to rely on myself, which was very tough as a child.
2:00.0	On top of this, the house I grew up in was haunted.
2:04.8	I would constantly see shadow figures passing.
2:07.6	I could hear the sound of someone walking down the hall when no one was there.
