0:51.7	And I've mentioned this a few times, you know, how to manage the, you know,

1:00.5	And I tell you, and I've been getting more involved with the Course of Miracles.
1:06.1	The, there is a service that they have where they send out an email a day with each lesson and a summary, you know, in less, you know, less dense, high-level language.
1:19.8	So it's just wonderful. And you can get that through Pathways of Light.org. But what it does, it hammers the idea, one of the core ideas in the
1:30.9	course of miracles is that this is, this is an illusion, this separation is an illusion,
1:38.4	that there we are all one, we're even we're, we are even all one now, you know, and that the idea to get back to that, to experience that,
1:47.4	that we are one with each other, we're one with source, and to spend time in that space.
1:54.3	And the key thing that was the obvious thing that I missed was they emphasized to ask. If you can't get there by yourself, you ask for help
2:05.8	to see things differently. And I'm telling you, to me, it's helping enormously, going through the
2:12.5	days, planning for weeks and months ahead, just thinking, having much more of a piece about things,
2:19.2	because it helps it to rise above that. And so I'd highly recommend that for those people.
2:25.1	So see things in a different way. Can you give me an example?
2:28.1	You know, like kind of, like say the news, right? You know, the news is noise. And, you know, it's all temporary. We can't do
2:36.6	much about it anyway. I mean, we can vote and we can protest or we can do this or that. But
2:42.3	really, what's really affecting us this day, this time, that is not affecting us this day,
