We haven't talked in a while.

I know. Nice to see you and hear your voice.

Yeah, things have been going well for me. And the only way I can say that is because I've been really upping my meditation. I mean, I would do it maybe, you know, not formally, you know,

kind of go up in a room and listen to music

or do a guided meditation, you know, a few times a week, but now it's pretty much every day.

And it really helps everything, you know, for me, especially with, you can't get away from the

news and what's happening. So it helps to do that for me. So I've been,

and experimenting with different types of meditations, which is good too. So that keeps me grounded,

and that's what they say, try to be grounded during these times. Yeah, I was going to ask you,

but you said different types. Is there any one in particular that you are gravitating towards

more or like?

Yeah.

I mean, so in some of the research I've been doing, I did a section on near-death experiences,

which was fascinating, probably three weeks of work on that.
