very good and i just wanted to say this is a little plug for the course and miracles and i was so

appreciative that we had that you had on mariannene Williamson a few months back to talk about that

because after years and years of knowing about it, I finally just am delving into it, going through

the lessons day by day, getting the emails, looking at the book, and especially in the U.S.,

especially this time where it's just chaos and you turn on the news and it's nuts.

And the course of miracles reminded me to look beyond the illusion of separation, the illusion of

what's going on in this kind of physical reality that we see and look beyond, I call it look beyond the breakers,

you know, like surfing, you got to get beyond the breakers and wait. And I call that looking

behind breakers to the peace and the love and the connection with God, source, one, and all.

And that just has been helping me tremendously in the last

few weeks and probably will for the next few weeks and next few months going forward. But yeah,

so, but otherwise, all good on my end. How about you?
