there is and I'm I've always been good at looking at negative stuff and trying to put a spin on it so that I gain from something.

A lot of people don't, they take it as like a personal attack and it's not surprising that they feel that way because I suppose

receiving negative feedback it's it's never easy we don't like to be told that we haven't done as well as we thought we would have done in our

O levels and A levels. That takes you back, don't there? Anyone who remembers O levels and A levels?

You know, it's our first instinct is really to just become defensive or

frustrated or go it's so unfair I worked harder than everybody at that there must be

something wrong with the system I've been through it with

kids however if we shift our mindset which isn't it easy to do we can turn that

negative feedback into a real constructive tool that helps

us grow. And the more we can grow as individuals, the more life will reward us.
