Welcome to Susie Larson Live. Always so honored to get to spend this time with you. In fact,

I look forward to bringing you conversations every single day that hopefully inspire you in your

faith walk, the deep in your understanding of God's Word and that heightens your awareness of

his very real

presence in your life. Well, if you listen often enough, you know we love to have our good friend,

Dr. Troy Spurrell, on the show once a month to talk about health in the healing process. And truth be

told, we were just in the other studio doing a live show. And I promise we'd hop into the next studio

because we have so many questions we weren't able to get to them.

So we thought we've got enough questions to record a whole other show.

So that's what we're doing here is we're so we won't be taking live text today because we're going through the text line trying to cover as many as we can.

It's really important for you to always be

talking to your own doctor when you make changes to your health plan. But the purpose of this is to

open your eyes a little bit, to preventative health care, to things that you can do in your diet

and your exercise, even in your perspective, how you manage stress, if you get enough sleep. All of those

things play a huge factor, a huge role in your healing process.

And, you know, I always say, we pursue healing and we pray for a miracle.

You do everything that you can do, and you ask God to do it only he can do.
