The first is not necessarily one person's individual question, but it is a question that often comes up, which is

a low Fobamp diet harmful because it, quote, unquote, starves my gut bacteria. And there's

potentially a very long answer to this question, but firstly, the opinion or the thought that

it universally starves your gut bacteria or does so in a

significant way has not fully been bore out.

Some studies have shown conflicting results in terms of the impact on the microbiota.

The other, which are far more important in my mind, are really threefold.

data have shown that by adherence to a low Fodmath diet, both the cells in the colon and the

and become more like that of healthy controls by going on a low phobab diet.
