| 1:16.5 | So what is estrogen dominance? It's when there's too much estrogen in your body relative to the amount of progestrone we have. |

| 1:37.0 | dominance. This is when we don't ovulate during a cycle. After we ovulate a mini organ called the corpus ludium forms at the side of ovulation and that |
