I really appreciate it in there. I hope I can clarify what exercise does for us in terms of our hormone balance.

Let me start by saying that in addition to all the other benefits of regular exercise, physical activity is associated

with a 25% reduction in the average risk of breast cancer among women.

And this protective benefit appears to be independent of menopausal status,

meaning you could be pre-minopausal, perimenopausal, menopausal, when you exercise regularly,

you have a 25% reduction in breast cancer risk.
