Yeah good afternoon to you good evening or whatever time it is, a little bit late getting this podcast episode out.

To you old earballs, but I've done it, I've done it, it's my commitment to you.

Four times a week we're going now we were going three times a

week but we've added more to it and sometimes you think oh I'm a mile ahead of

what people are listening to and so you take a little bit of a relaxy and then you suddenly think

Christ I better get going well today was one of those days I thought how many more

have I got there to be released and realized I didn't have any at all so it's back to answering

questions and dealing with content and content creation and we've got 10

questions today from people it looks like they're all in the British Isles. Yes, they are, which is unusual because normally we get a lot of traffic and interest from America of people talking about join up dots, lifestyle, balance and the newer businesses

that have come along in the last year or so. And it's interesting actually when I get these kind of questions,

you reflect back and you start joining up the dots and because when it's your life,

it's just it's just what it is it's quite difficult to

answer it a lot of people sort of I saw Paul McCartney being asked you know people say

what was it like in the Beatles and he kind of things I don't know because it was just I got up I went I did

stuff and I went home and got into bed and it was just his life very difficult to

actually reflect when it's what you're doing on a daily basis But we're going to be doing that and we are going to give these people a round of applause because I know just dropping a line to podcast or whatever is so powerful to get you going. But also it's quite scary as well because a lot of people

think oh I need to write something really relevant and whatever and you don't you can just say
