Sure. We've got a great one to begin this week's episode. This listener says,

I started listening to your podcast several years ago. And one episode, the one on

Spirit Babies, really struck a chord with me. To hear that everything that happens is all

planned. Help to give me some peace. You see, we lost our first baby, a baby boy,

back in 2012, while I was in the third trimester of pregnancy. And there are so many what ifs

surrounding that time. It was a terrible time filled with immense heartbreak, a bargain

and prayed and bargained and prayed some more, all to no avail. Hearing that it is all part of a greater plan

and babies come into this world knowing what will happen, whether still birth or

abortion or illness, help me find some peace and massage some guilt.

I remember listening to this Spirit Babies episode and just crying and crying. Your words

really touched me. But this story is not about the devastating loss that we experienced,

but rather the gift we have been given. We had another baby. This time a little girl,

a couple of years after we lost our first son. We had a difficult time getting pregnant,

and the pregnancy was hard. We had to take everything one day at a time. We felt so

blessed when she was finally born healthy and safe. I had a hard time sleeping after
