I'm good. How are you? Welcome back a returning listener. I love it. Thank you for having

me once again after a hiatus. Yes well have you had ghost stories since the last time we spoke

or are we gonna talk about other like ghost stories from your life? So I have had some

sense as well as these were older ones that I had thought about after we talked last.

Oh my god perfect and I love the instinct to be like okay some shit has gone down. I got to call

Roz. Oh my gosh and there were multiple times over especially during the pandemic that I was

like I have to reach back out to Roz but you know life and everything but better life than never.
