I'm sharing some in today's episode as I open the listener mailbag.

I started dating while gray after emigrating from married land to singles world.

I was in my late 50s.

I had no idea who else around my age

might be looking for love, or even if it was possible to find it. The show premiered in 2020,

and it quickly hit a nerve. Immediately I got emails and voicemails from people all over the country,

eventually all over the world, commenting

on something they heard, sharing an experience, or asking a question, including these.

Yes, Laura, I'm on the road, and I'm traveling from Florida Florida back home to my home state of Pennsylvania.

I just identified so much what the men that you interviewed were saying, the women,

and I applaud you for taking this on and putting the words around so much angst and what it's like to be out there,

wanting to share your life with someone, wanting to be vulnerable, but to have someone mutually.

I think it's important to talk about these things and to listen to other people. So you're doing a great job.
