I just, every time it comes around, I remember exactly where I was. I think most everybody does.

I was in computer class

in high school. One of those classes already had all the TVs mounted in the corners of the room,

and we saw the, you know, the second plane hit in real time. And I don't know. I just can't help

it. And it's probably not a hot take, but it just seems like that was when things kind of started

getting real complicated, you know,

a lot of political back and forth pendulum swings, thinking everything was all good and then

realizing it wasn't and that there still is this kind of inherent rot in the world that can't

quite put your finger on.
