What you have to do is go to UnmistakableCreative.com slash Life Purpose. Again, this idea of it meeting a rut or this idea of even aspiring after it, sometimes it strikes me as

0:38.6

odd because what is a routine, by definition, you know, it's a pattern, it's stagnant,

0:45.3

it's the same. And we want our days to look like that, which is then almost a groundhog day.

0:52.7

If we stuck to the perfect routine, we'd have the same day over

0:55.8

and over and over again. And isn't it that we want our lives to have variance and interest

1:01.8

and depth and, you know, learnings? And that comes from things having, you know, that variance.

1:09.5

And so the rut is very much, I think it's,

1:13.0

it might be a common experience to land in one without realizing because here we are

1:17.3

pursuing optimized routines and optimized productivity and then getting, say we got there,

1:24.7

then we just have the same day over and over again and not realize that we're actually stuck in something. And so that's where they kind of meet each other, simply through the

1:31.9

definition of the two words, really, because a rut is, you know, being stuck in a groove. And so

1:37.9

you might have a routine for a while that is a groove, but then you get stuck in that very groove.
