Welcome to the Royal Caribbean Blog podcast, a weekly look into the world of Royal Caribbean Cruising.

0:22.6

I'm your host, Matt Hodgeberg, and this is episode number 317.

0:27.1

Do you have a question about your upcoming Royal Caribbean Cruise?

0:30.0

I bet you do, and part of the goal of this podcast is to try to help everybody have a better

0:34.8

cruise experience.

0:35.5

And to that point, we're dedicating this entire

0:38.1

episode to answering your cruise questions and share some tips, advice, and insight. Here we go.

0:46.9

As many of you know, every episode, we dedicate part of the episode to answering your questions.

0:51.4

And from time to time, I like to take an entire episode and try to answer as many questions as we can because I get so many great questions.

0:58.2

And I know you guys definitely want an answer to them.

1:00.5

And a timely answer is even better.

1:02.5

So this episode is all about answering questions, getting that inbox a little bit less full, and of course, helping some people out in the process.

And if you always want to send me

1:11.0

your emails, you can always do so by sending them to Matt at Royal Caribbeanblog.com. Matt, M-A-T-T-at-Roylecoblog. Our first email this week is from Joe Mock. Ritz, travel agent just informed me that our itinerary swapped out Glacier Bay instead of the previously planned Endicott Arms Dawes Glacier. I think this is a major win as the thing we got off the ship, but not short. Where is the best place to find excursions as my cruise planner isn't updated yet? Joe, thanks for the email, buddy. You know, there's a lot of great websites that are out there. ShoreTrips.com is one that I know that is very popular. There's a lot of great choice, not only for Alaska,

1:44.5

but pretty much any place that a cruise ship goes to. But that's a really good spot to recommend.

1:52.0

I know that our good friend Annette Jackson from MEI travel used that when we went to Alaska

1:57.4

last year and reported some really good feedback from there. So that's a really

2:01.2

good place to start. Also, there's the Alaska Tourist Bureau. I've heard some really good things

2:07.3

about that website. I know a lot of times when you hear about, obviously it's an official website

2:11.0

from the state of Alaska, but remarkably, there is a lot of good resources there. So I start in those

2:16.0

places as a good jumping off point.

2:18.2

And certainly, Joe, as you get closer to your 2020 cruise, I'm sure Royal Crimin will also update its options as well. Next up, we have an email from Murph, who writes. I just listed the podcast from the latest group crews. It reminded me of the group cruise I was on in March on Mariner the Seas. I did not have internet, so I was not on the chat feature, so it was late to few meetings.
