| 1:11.8 | Thank you for the wonderful podcast. |
| 1:13.3 | I have a question. |
| 1:13.8 | I'll be selling on Wonder of the Seas, and I've ordered the at-home COVID test through Royal Creamy's website. I noticed on the COVID test boxes, there's an app to download on my phone. I went and downloaded to my phone and was told that I couldn't because I have an older operating system my phone. The app requires iOS 13 or newer. I have an iPhone 6. Oh my goodness. |
| 1:12.4 | That runs iPhone 12. I couldn't because I have an older operating system my phone. The app requires iOS 13 or newer. I have an iPhone 6. Oh my goodness. That runs iPhone 12. I can't download a newer iOS. Is there |
| 1:33.4 | a wag until it's like the at-home COVID test? Lynn, iPhone 6? I'm sorry. I'm sure it's very functional, |
| 1:41.4 | but my brain is like exploding. As a geek, my goodness. |
| 1:45.6 | All right, but yeah, see, the answer is you can absolutely do without an iPhone. You can actually do it on the website. So just get a laptop or a computer and go to eMed.com and run the test through there. You don't need to do it through the phone. I think it's easier to do it. But obviously you can't because you have such an old. I'm not so old. It's an ancient version of iOS that you have on there. |
| 1:43.1 | But anyway, at any rate, you can do it on your phone. |
| 1:45.3 | You just need a webcam, which, you know, is the only requirement there. So, makes you have a laptop, which usually has one built in or a computer. Just keeping in mind, by the way, it's a little more difficult to make it work with a laptop, especially if the webcam is built into the top of it, because you have to keep on tilting the computer back and forth, and we'll see the screen and whatnot. So it's going to be a little bit of a disadvantage. You could also borrow somebody else's device, Lynn. You know, you could, if you have a friend or a family member that has a newer version of iOS, and you know, install the app on there, do the test and get back to them. But you can do it on a computer. So not to worry. In fact, the first time I ever do the test was on a computer. |
