Yeah good morning to you good morning and welcome to join up dots. If I sound really perky today you're

going to understand why I'm trying to be perky is to annoy some people.

Yes, you would think that in a world like join up dots it's surrounded by

positivity surrounded by love surrounded by understanding people all

looking to change their life and change their mindset and stuff.

long time ago but I thought I would show you've then

get because it's a double-edged sword being popular and as to join up

dots podcast sort continues to grow thankfully in. You then also become the target of, well, just hostile

and offensive messages from some listeners. Sometimes they're not even listeners, they're

just people that send these and these

messages they they range we're say they range I'll read them out to you and these

are just the ones that we've received in the last three days so we get a lot of them and I used to respond to all of them

trying to be really constructive and stuff but now I don't I can't be bothered but as you'll see as we go through it it used to be

disheartening but it's also a sort of indicator of success. It's a yin and yang.
