So it's Zan, Zan Holyoke, who reached out to me via email as we were doing our nature

experiment last year, actually actually back in like March

2018 so we've been emailing back and forth a bit and it was just lovely getting to know her

and the more of her story that I discovered the more I really wanted to share it with people

because Zan has got a lot to share and she's got a lot of very hard

thought wisdom to share with people.

She's in a very unique situation and very challenging situation.

She is.

About slow living.

But you've had a number of these emails come through throughout the year.

And last year, because everything was so crazy, you were like, let's put everything on hold.

So now you're getting back to those emails and getting back to connecting with these people.
