Today we have a very good episode, one that I feel like we all need on a really deep and

profound level because it's one of

the most important things that we will ever learn to master. But even as I say learn to master,

I don't even think we can call it that because really this is one of those things that's like

a lifelong project. This is a lifelong relationship with ourselves that we are building.

But something that time and time again

I have seen has been like the make or break in terms of motivation, energy, clarity, happiness,

all of it. And do you know what it is because of the title of this episode, but this is all about

believing in yourself and specifically believing in yourself more than anyone

else. I honestly don't have a plan for this episode. It was just when I was thinking of the

episodes that I wanted to record coming back into this podcast, this one just kept standing

out to me time and time again because I feel like there's been moments personally in my life

over the past month or so where I really realized that I had gotten myself into certain situations where nothing was happening, like continuing forth in professional relationships where things weren't happening or actually just being the person who was blocking myself because there was this deep sense that I
