Hey guys, welcome back to the podcast. I hope you're well. Oh my gosh, I've not had a good week.

And I can't even beat around the bush with it. It has been so much and I've just been

feeling so much and I've just had so many crash outs. Like, I'm not even kidding, probably two a day.

And every time I thought, like, okay, you've had two days of this, tomorrow will be good.

It was three, four, five.

It's come up to a week now every single day.

And the reason why I'm sharing this is because I know sometimes it can

feel like you're going through something by yourself but I know that I'm not because

everybody's going through this right now and call me wishy-washy or whatever you want

but the full moon last week set everybody off.

I actually made a TikTok about it.

It was like a 10 second TikTok saying,

what in the full moon has this week been?

Nearly three million views with loads of comments

being like, oh my god, this happened, this happened.

And I was like, that's the confirmation I needed.

My therapist already told me that the full moon was going to like bring things up for me

and everybody else.

But that is evidence.

That's how many people agree with it.

And obviously there's more people out there in the world.

But it's just been crash out after crash out.
