| 0:57.0 | order for you to get a deal in 90 days, you should be having 50 conversations per day. Now, that |
| 1:06.6 | could be with homeowners, right? 50 conversations a day with homeowners. And if you do that and |
| 1:12.3 | you continue to follow up with them, the follow-ups are typically going to be 8 to 13 follow-ups |
| 1:17.2 | per deal, and that will lead to one, two, three deals a month in about 90 days. |

| 1:29.3 | So this is what we've been able to come to terms with. |
| 1:33.3 | Now, and that works, right? |
| 1:35.3 | But you've got to be talking to 50 homeowners a day to do this, |
| 1:39.3 | and that means you're going to need to buy lists and skip trace, right? |
| 1:42.3 | And so I'm looking at this math and something like was glaringly clear to me. I thought, okay, hold on a second. |
| 1:49.8 | What if instead of talking to 50 homeowners every single day, I talk to 50 real estate agents |
| 1:54.7 | every single day who are each talking to 50 homeowners a day, right? Think about that. If I talk to 50 |
